1. Acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between you and WsChat for the WsChat mobile app, website, and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must also follow app-store rules and the terms of connected third-party services.
2. The Services
WsChat provides multi-account communication management and optional assistance such as Reply Ideas, speech transcription, translation, and related tools. Features may differ by device, region, version, account, or subscription. We may improve, add, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when required by law.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must meet the minimum age in your location and be able to enter this agreement. WsChat currently supports email registration and account binding only. Provide accurate email and account information, protect your device, email verification codes, and sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for account activity. Contact support immediately about unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- Break the law or violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
- Harass, deceive, impersonate, threaten, or harm anyone;
- Send spam or malware, commit fraud, or perform unauthorized automation;
- Bypass security, usage, subscription, or access controls;
- Interfere with operation, reverse engineer except where law permits, or extract data without authorization;
- Submit content you have no right to use, process, or share.
5. Your content
You keep your rights in your content. To provide requested features, you grant us the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process, and display that content. You represent that you have the necessary rights and remain responsible for the content and the outcome of using it.
6. AI, transcription, and translation results
Automated output can contain errors, omissions, bias, or inappropriate material and is not professional advice. Review results before relying on, using, or sending them, especially for health, legal, financial, safety, address, amount, or timing information.
WsChat does not automatically send AI suggestions on your behalf. You are responsible for the final content you send and your communications.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Some features may require a paid subscription. Price, period, trial, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. App Store and Google Play purchases are billed and managed by that store. Unless law requires otherwise, cancellations and refunds follow the applicable store policy.
8. Third-party services
The Services may interact with third-party platforms or content, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. WsChat is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
9. WsChat intellectual property
Except for your content and third-party materials, the Services, branding, interfaces, software, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Services.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for serious or repeated Terms violations, safety or legal risks, extended inactivity, or service discontinuation. Where legally appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice or an appeal path.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated results will be fully accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some locations do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires otherwise.
